So, what do you do?? If your law enforcement, as you've implied, clean up your writing. Represent us as the intelligent, honorable, civil servants that we are. Not some morons that can't spell, put a sentence together, or use proper punctuation.***If your not, don't falsely represent yourself.

No gangs..no molester or no rapist..or no wife beater...or no sick minded person is worthy to live among the rest of society...
I think prisons should hold mainly cells for the worst of the worst...
Others need to be educatated...
They need places to be...
Young adults need places to hang out..
From a young age...not when it is too late..
They need to really build some youth centers...all over the US..
Especially close to inner cities...inner cities..more so..
That are run by people that can provide..a shelter..and ear..and some words if needed..but young generations...need to be able to express themselves in positive ways..they need positive outlets...
And we don't have that enough in the United States..
I wish Arnold could do something about that in California..

We have been telling our towns we need youth centers and since the early 1980's but all the towns people don't want a place for the kids to gather as they feel it would be a breeding place where children would just get into trouble, can you believe that mentality?

First off, more guns would lead to more violence. False sense of power (like carrying a gun) changes peoples behavior, read the Stanford Experiment. The only difference is that for many years they operated with impunity thus statistics are skewed.
