and be besides many of these people are american citizens, especially nortenos. reality is that american citizens of all colors are in gangs these days, it is not just a latino problem, or a black problem.

Does anyone one else feel like shipping off all of the gang upper management to prison is just a way to encourage promotions from the lower levels? A top-heavy organization is bound to be bad for the organization eventually.

I think that last big sweep was Surenos, right? If so, I'm glad to see that law Enforcement balanced things out. As crazy as it seems, it could actually be worse for the civilians if only one gang has unchecked power in a community.

Question: Why do convicted imprisoned gang leaders have access to phones, visitors and mail in jail? Prisoners can exercise and work out with weights together. Is that punishment? Is the system overly humane toward convicts serving time for inhumane acts?

It's reassuring to know that the person assisting you at the hardware store is a high level gang leader, perhaps even the top guy. You always want the most experienced person available.
