you are crazy, no i am not nuts. she is 17 and in most southern state 16 is legal age for sexual relations.a lot is 14 years of age. so lonely jailcell girl get a spine and do what is best for you. you have to live your life, not your parents. they will always love you regardless, if they are true, good, caring, compassionate parents. which are far and few between these days. you will be legal soon and you are going to do it anyway. and i know that for a fact. most or all do

Wow, that confused me too..... |

|
Sorry to confuse you. I was replying to "You are Crazy from KS"..I started the reply with her/his blog name..

Okay, just because she is 17 and the legal age is 16 doesn't make her mentally ready for sexual relations. I believe that she is not happy at home, and is looking for a way out. I agree that she should live her life, but running from the problems is not the answer either. |

me? who are you to really tell me how mentally fit i am? i know you mean well, but you have no idea what i have grown up with... i grew up watching my sister be a stupid "teenager" stereotype, tantrums, coming home drunk, ect.. i lived my teenage years at a young age watching her and living and watching her expieriences and when i became a teenager, its pretty much those expierences she had shaped me enough to know how stupid they were. therefor the only thing im not mature about is my selfishness.. like i was selfish to want to talk to him during him being out on bail.. but seriously now im taking matters in my own hands and BEING adult, im not going to sit back and go along with what everyone else wants, im going to stand up for what I know is right.. THATS being adult.. and i know i am mentally stable... and that is not running away from my problems...

Very good and rational thought. My point was that the other poster was seeming to throw you to the wolves without getting a gage of your mentality on this. I'm sorry that you've grown up with all this stuff on your plate, and I'm sure that it has given you insight. Just don't rush into things without using that rational thought that you've shown. Always look out for yourself! Be true to yourself! Live for yourself!! Good luck!!! |

Not throwing anyone to the wolves. People have to start getting spines and defending themselves, because of the way this nation has been run for so many years, its sad, but you have to start the defence early. Even my generation had to. It was not accepted, but it was tolerated. We found out early no one is going to look out for you, but you!

Im so sorry for your misfortune Upset. Its so sad that people dont get a second change anymore. I dont know what state you live in, but in a lot of states they are giving early releases to men/women who have responsibility of children. They will give him a braclet or anklet to wear. They can work, go to the market, and the doctor. They are allowed a certain amount of time to get there and back. Its very strick, but its better than being in jail. Ask your local DA or Solictor about this program. You might found out that this program is in your state. I wish you all the luck. Im exposing my state every chance I get through the media. People are so tired of the corruption I have emails and letters coming to me all of the time. Not a shock, but 99% are true. Once again, good luck to you, your family, and friends.
