Artwork passes
Salina City Commissioner Samantha Angell said she saw little else for commissioners to do Monday than to approve a $246,547 contract for a piece of artwork to be installed on South Ninth Street, after learning artist Barbara Grygutis had approved suggested changes to the contract.
