Terry Panama City, FL	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Apr 25, 2012 I live in florida and am a single mom, florida don't pay $hit for benefits, so I am thinking of moving to salem. I heard that they have free housing, food stamps and healthcare as a minimum. Any advice on where to live.
