why is this crooked lying thief not in prison?

He has a Plea hearing Sept. 8 at 1:00 PM. This time Jessica Sparks will not be handling the case.

Was this this car dealership incident that involved a Salem PD Officer?
Was the Bank of Newburg involved?

Interesting---if I pulled a deal off like I suspect we are discussing-I'd be in jail in a NY Minute.

yes,the officer had some cars on consignment and JR had a few cars fianaced somewhere,JR. was fianacing the officers cars at his bank,while the officer had them fianaced somewhere else,getting money when he did and when he sold them,not paying the fiance comp.,the company he was using came to repo his cars and where trying to take his dads partners cars, which was most all them on the lot,because he did not pay them when he sold one,they could not find any of JR's cars,his dads partner was smart enough to break the partnership and move!a month or so later the lot was repoed by the bank of newburg,which is the only thing the bank of newburg had to do with it..what goes around always comes back one way or the other!

I believe in that saying the nut don't fall far from the tree!or father like son!JR learned from his dad. they both lie so much they believe thier on lies! it was the smartest thing the partner could have done ,getting away from them,and ruin his rep.

why is'nt the crook in jail? What happen to the jury trial ?

he needs to be put away ! He got to me and several people that he dealt with!

i agree he got me and a good friend.i thought we were friends.

Did he get any jail time ? What did come of the case?

i don't know but he should !

He is alot like the greg brooks .someone was asking about. lies cheats and dont take care of his kids!

everyone that he scammed should get together !
