Dwayne Plumlee's various roles in the justice system, conflicts of interest ??

private attorney, Plumlee holds part-time jobs as assistant prosecuting attorney for Fulton County, city attorney for Salem, county attorney for Fulton County and city judge for Horseshoe Bend in Izard County. Plumlee also is the attorney for the Bank of Salem and serves on its board of directors.

Yah , problem is no-one wants to buck him. He also shows favortism to certain people in the community, Only gives people he don't like felonies. he thinks he rules this town. Just another hypocrite around here. People need to start placing lawsuits against him and the police dept. But as usual everyone is all talk and no action. Have you not noticed the judges do what he says.

Sounds like this guy needs to get a real job, and become a productive member of society.

He is a very good man and an upstanding member of our community.

Actually, she did make that statement at the first trial where Fulton County jurors could not persuade 1 juror to convict which led to a MISTRIAL. She was not present at the Stone County trial when he was convicted.

Joel Leon Lundry, of Salem, was charged on April 27 with Arson, Attempted Theft by Deception and Filing a False Police Report. Lundry allegedly reported on March 26 that his pickup truck had been stolen. The truck was later found burned at the low water bridge in Sturkie. A police investigated concluded that Lundry had asked numerous people to burn the truck for him so he could collect insurance on it, and one person known to police complied with the request.

Come one people have you just started noticing what has been going on for over a decade. Its not just Mr. Plumlle that is running this little pond.
Look at the people who have their hands in everything. Plumlee Short Clayton. Just to name a few. All buddies. This town is nothing short of organized crime.
