Don't worry guys. I was raised Catholic. We can't even remember to not eat meat on Fridays most of the time. Very few Catholics do everything the church tells them to do. This isn't the Dark Ages anymore. I agree it's a lame move by the church, but I also doubt it's being pervasively preached.
