Yes it's very true! My boyfriend worked his ass off there for a shitty check. He quit two weeks after he started. Those men/women should all be making at least 15 an hour!

how exactly does that work? Ive often wondered why we arent part of a union. How would you start one?

we tried to do that year's a go put they said if we tried they would fire every body and hire new people so i quit and found a better job with a union .

If you dont mind me asking where, id love to apply! The suits there are all about themselves, the heat is unbearable, they look at you like you're garbage. Its just a horrid place to work and they are blatantly taking advantage of the poor job market and economic slumber WNY is in.

Yep ok

any place you work at any job you have you can be replaced for some one who's looking for a job that's what a lot of place's do when they think you are not doing your job right even a union will do the same if you don't pay your dues.

they can only hire so many people in salamanca, before they reach the end of the list. And no1 is going to travel for minimum. They dont really fire anyone anyway, they just quit.

This is true, but what really needs to happen is that we need to develop policies that isolate industry towards domestic production. The tiny increase in prices will be offset by the increase in wages and quality of the products/services.

If you don't first twist shut the spigot then this loopy "global economy" voodoo is just going to encourage the higher ups of this and any other manufacturing company to dangle slave labor in front of starving third world workers. Then, hilariously enough, the union will get blamed for it.
