Olin Ross scam

Be weary of two white males driving a white van selling home entertainment systems. They will say they don't want to take them back to the warehouse and will take less than the MSRP stamp on the box. Looks legit and they will even give you a receipt. They will even show you a catalog that has the product in it. Do me a favor. When they tell you it's digital wireless, ask them to open up the box. Then ask them if they are wireless (which he WILL tell you) why is there speaker wire in the box then tell them that your not as stupid as that nurse that fell for their scam. Also, let them know that the "stupid nurse" has put out the word and is looking for them. At least she was smart enough to glance at their plates. Something like 06H HS8 texas plates. If nothing else I hope PD can get them on selling without a permit. If you have a drink in your hand at the time and it accidentally spills on the Olin Ross's I don't think they will call the police and make you pay for them. Lesson learned the hard way. Please don't respond with "you got what you paid for, or are you really that stupid to fall for that, or if it sounds to good to be true than it is". I'm feeling pretty bad right now!

Same thing have to me on April 8th. The receipt they gave me had their real address on it, so I went there this evening and asked for my money back. Didn't argue with me, just gave me back $400.
I guess they don't want the attention of the police or media.

Same thing happened to me on May 7th. I paid $175. No receipt, but I know where they are thanks to Brad.

Anyone heard of these people in Louisville, KY. Thank you

where are these people located? I would like to try and get my money back as well.

The same thing happen to my dad today in Tennessee. I bought the sound system and two speakers for 1,000!

LOL its funny that y'all think so hard that its a scam. You guys know they get pulled over all the time and nothing happens, cause everythings legit, and what there doing is not a scam. Everythings a scam these days and y'all just dont know it. And Tn girl, you got a good deal.

Hey Brad i had the same thing happen o me . Two guys in a whhite van sold me speakers for $600. I s there anyway i can get the money back with out the receipt?

Don't feel bad those jokers hung me for 250.00 I must have had my dummie hat on that day.

same thing happend to me in sacramento, ca back in July, i was just deciding to hook them up now and did a search on the system and a bunch of scam posts popped up. they were driving a black SUV. im happy that i only gave them $125.00.. but still pissed to know i was ripped off. i hope the speakers sound good though, than maybe i wont be so upset.

Same thing happened to us, a nightmare. Hopefully we can get out money back. We did get a receipt.
