Well, if the manufacturer hadn't made it have rough edges convenient for scratching, he would have been less likely to use it for scratching his back. Don't forget who sold him the gun, not knowing he was a drunk, and lets not forget whoever sold him the alcohol.

Lets cut to the chase; its really George Bush's fault. Ever since he came into office, the number of incidents of dumba**es using guns to scratch their backs has increased dramatically.

The only solution is for Congress to open investigations immediately.
