wish to know is it real job vacancies r fraud. They are asking now for 355 dollers for visa and work permit processing.

I am so.. to go and work in canada. I am in doubt if this is a scam... what to do? If they can pay accomodation and ticket why not the 355$ which is not a big amount.?
