Afterward, he was suspended from practicing law in Florida.
Does that mean Evan is guilty? The court will decide soon enough based on the evidence and that too will be a matter of public record.

Yes, my father was arrested, and he paid his debt to society, and to the government. Every cent was returned. My brother Evan is troubled, and is also paying his debt to society and paying compensation to anyone who was affected by his actions. You forgot to mention that my mother is crippled. Don't you want to take glee in that as well?
On the other hand, I've made money for everyone I've ever worked with, tried to treat everyone I know with respect and dignity, even when it's undeserved, and gone personally bankrupt to keep my promises to my ex-employees. I have worked extremely hard throughout my career to do the best I could by my employees and candidates, and take great offense to anyone inferring otherwise, whether on a public board, to my face, or in a court of law.
If this is indeed Alice, all I can say is that I'm sorry that you still harbor ill feelings towards me. You should realize, however hard it is to accept, that I did not put you in the situation that you're in. You were dismissed more than 6 years ago, it's more than time to move on now. This slandering of my family in the most inappropriate of places simply must stop. This harrassment of my other employees, who had no decision making abilities at all, and did what I told them to do also must stop immediately.
