how much did this park cost the tax payers?
wood used to build the ugly boardwalk is chemically treated the village has forbiden use of same wood for residential use. more than a 100 truck loads of fill was brought in by the contractor to reshape the land with it it brought hundreds of diffrent weeds. not one load of top soil was brought in. the gravel walkways were sprayed with herbcide to control growth of weeds. so much for eco friendly dont beleive everything you read in great neck news or the record |
