They are scum Bags they sold me a MESSED up 745LI with crappy GWC warranty are pretty rushy with thingas the WORST BUYING EXPIRIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT buy from them or from a guy named JD (John Duensky) or Larry or any of those IDIOTS!!!! lied that they wll replace this and that they will polish it and detail it all talk...they are SCUMM BAGGZZ also they stoled $100 from me saying it was a deposit and that it was refundable but never got i back after numerous attempts...DO NOT BUY FROM THEMM!!!!!!!!!!

They are impolite and scam bags, hidden prices and play with words. They think people are dum. I never bought from them and will not make the mistake.

Avoid them, one big headache after another

I saw the warnings on this page but left on a 2 hour trek paying about $20 in tolls just to find out that YES these people are scum. I spoke with JD the day before and asked specifically for a certain M3 and whether or not he had the maintenance records from BMW for the car. He said they were on-site and to come down the following day to see the car. When I arrived I was told the records can be ordered and I needed to make an appointment to drive the car... by JD.... because calling first wasn't enough I guess. When I asked why he said he had them the day before he simply walked into another room ignoring the question all together. The finance officer uses fuzzy math when calculating payments and when asked what interest rates he applied to the principal well that month number came from a varying interest rate. Also he applied a warranty to the principal without discussing anything with me first. It only came up when I questioned the monthly payment amount. "Well..huhuh that's with the warranty of course" Of course it is. In short JD is a rude, arrogant ass and the whole place feels sleazy but, they do stock world class automobiles. If your determined I guess at the end of the day its the car not the people. As for me I'll never go there for anything. Trust me their are other cars out there. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!

They are dirt bags larry jerked me with a purchase and added many hidden fees ,the warranty cost almost an extra 3k and doesnt help with anything my dwn payment didnt even hit my cars final amount they pocket all the money and add points to the intrest rate ..

may be you all should done research on the place before going their in the first pla. That is why the internet carries so much information so that DUM PEOPLE LIKE YOU dont get screwed the way you all did..

I have excellent credit, so says American Express with their "credit secure mumbo jumbo security thing that I was somehow duped into paying for." LOL no it's really a great service I love Amex. Anyway my credit is awesome and I saw the warnings went anyway because let’s face it these people stock hard to find cars at very competitive prices. I have a rule when buying a car. If you feel like you should wash your hands after leaving the dealership that’s not the place to buy your car. Well in the case of these "Stereo typical" pre-owned car salesmen I felt I needed a long shower afterwards. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. So to the previous commenter, a lack of responsibility in research well.... may be, bad credit rating not necessarily. Bottom line if it's to good to be true..well you know the rest.

these people make up fees and hidden charges, then try to act like it is company policy. if theres a problem, the manager "chris" pretends to not be the owner "craig" but in reality they are the same person. goes to show the type of establishment this is

I just got a car from these so call sales guys. I guess they all pretend to be other people than themselves when there is a problem. TO AVOID HEADACHE, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND A TON OF FRUSTRATIONS DO NOT BUY FROM LUXURY AUTOS OF GREAT NECK!!!!!! I had the unpleasant experience of working with JD and is constantly holding anywhere from 20mins and up to speak with manager Craig aka owner Chris. They also tried to get me with hidden fees. They are JERKS!!Find another car.

thank you all for your post!! i went there today with intentions to buy an m3, and i had called saying i'd be there around 4:30pm since they close at 6, the gentlemen who answered the phone said thats not a problem and they will be there, so i show up at about 4:40 bc of traffic and guess what... they closed!!! wtF! but i guess things happen for a reason, im glad i wasted 11$ on tolls and a few hour commute, b.c if i would have bought a car today i might be kicking myself in the ass right now about it. lol and i wouldnt have googled their name and found this.. thank you all!!

Interesting, I called Sat shortly after 4 and no answer - not even voice mail. When I got JD on the phone today (Sunday) he seemed in a big hurry to get me back to the internet to fill out a form even though I have cash and no trade. It felt strange and got me looking here. Not used to being handled like that.

Yes, totally agree with these posts - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! JD is a jerk who thinks he's all smooth talking and promising garbage. Craig poses as the "financial advisor" but is THE OWNER and tries to jack the finance rates through the roof - also, most BMW's there are still under the extended warranty from the dealer so don't buy the warranty they shove your way. BEFORE YOU SIGN MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY TAKE THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP (ie, BMW) TO GET CHECKED OUT AND ASK FOR THE PAPERWORK TO PROVE IT. DON'T LET THEM TAKE IT TO THEIR SHADY "MECHANIC" JAY WHO OPENLY ADMITS THAT HE IS DUMB ENOUGH TO PASS CARS NOT LEGAL TO PASS INSPECTION!! Do yourself a favor and get a CPO from the dealer and not these scam artists!!

luxury autos has the cleanest vehicles at probably the lowest prices around many of my friends have purchased there and are very happy.

Repectable, nice. They even stayed an hour late while I looked over a car. No high pressure sales. I did most of the pursing. I am in sales and when dealing with other sales people, you have to get things in writing ... otherwise the promise is as good as there mouth to your ears. People should take heed and unbaisly judge for there own. But get a PPI and get any promises in writing

They're a bunch of fat lazy slobs!!! Including they're secretaries! I'm still getting jerked around about the title to the BMW I bought from them! Everyday they say tomorrow. I've never dealt with such horrible people before. I walked in with cash, you think they would have been happy with a no hassle deal. They need to be reported to the BBB. Someone told me they're selling cars that do not have a clean title. Do not trust them

Bought 4 vehicles from them in the past. Perfect gentlemen and true to their word. Everything they said they were going to do they did, it was a pleasure doing business with them each and every time. Will buy every car from them for the rest of my life.
