As the past Chairman (2003) of the APSP (Association of Pool & Spa Proffessionals. Our industry's heart goes out to the family of Zachary Cohen. It is tragities like this that re-inforce the need to adhere to our industry Standards. There are many states that have now included our ANSI/APSP 7 standard as law.(for anti-entrapment) Conn. & Florida to name two, just recently adapted this standard into their building codes. The U.S. Senate will be putting forward legislation shortly which also includes this standard. Those who have existing pools build prior to these standards should have their pools inspected by a pool proffessional who is a member of our association and is aware of these newish standards and there application. And make the needed modifications as spelled out in the standard.

Daily Horoscope for February 12

Capricorn

With the friendly Moon in your eleventh house of associates tonight, you might be persuaded to go out and have some fun. After all, even the super responsible Capricorn has to have fun sometimes. You may find that amusements cost more than you would like to pay, so set a limit on what you will allow yourself to spend. Don't let anyone talk you into doing anything you are uncomfortable with.
