Looking for James who would be the father of Ronald Phillips. Also would have a child named Tonya with another woman.
James would be in his 60s or early 70s.
Would of met Ron's mom in Cal. If anyone has any idea how to get a hold of this man please have him contact me. I want to reunite him with his son.
