I guess Larry Johnson is the guy you are talking about in Elkton. He does great work. I have had several cars and trucks done by him and will continue to go there even if there is someone in R'ville.

Wow, only been in buisness for 3 days and made it to topix already. "The Tint Shop" is on 5th st. directly behind 4th street Shell. It is the building that used to be Jeff Lawsons car lot or Jason Harpers. We also do detailing/cleanup. CHEAP PRICES. Cheaper than Wes at Total Customs. We actually got his stuff and he is sending us buisiness. Call and make an appointment

There is no Tobacco Barn on 4th st, it is on Franklin st. and there is no tint shop opening next to the Tobacco barn. Wes used to run the one next to car lot and Tobacco barn, but he is gone. There is a new one supposedly down on 5th st somewhere.
