You might want to advertise that management change if you are interested in getting the business back. I hope you are cleaning the back as well as the front. It was so bad out front the last time I was there I don't know that I can even go back.

we ordered a pick up and they told me 30-45..when I got there I had to wait 20min for damn pizza that was sitting on the rack the whole time!!!!!

We are supposed to be advertising that we are under new management within the next couple of weeks. We dont want to advertise that we are under new management until we are running just about perfect.

As for asdfhjkl's comment, Im really sorry about your experience, we are still trying to make things run smoothly!

u will never be perfect how many times as it been under new management over the last few years???....u need someone like the guy that runs papa johns now thats a clean place very clean staff are mostly nice great pizza from the times i have been in there he runs a tight ship.....always be the best in russellvile!!!! good luck ur going to need it ....

Yes, Pizza Hut has been under management several times over the past few years, with poor management might I add. Pizza Hut was once the place to go when you wanted pizza, and Im going to try my hardest to make it that way again! This restaurant does need an extremely good cleaning, which we are doing now. It will defintalely be worth your time very soon!

Honestly.
I doubt that new management will be any different than the last 10.
The place needs remodeled to make any kind of impact.

To be honest I have never cared for Pizza Hut at all. Its not because of how clean the store is or how nasty the people may be. It is simply I dont like the pizza. I have been and always will love Domino's. If Pizza Hut is under new management then I truly hope that they will be able to clean it up and restore loyalty to there previous customers. Continuing to comment on these 3rd grade comments is not going to help your business. Reading comments from others will. If you continue to comment then people around here will continue finding something else to say about Pizza hut. Just clean the place up and let people make there own judgments when you are done.

I to agree they need too close thier doors, why hasn't the health department been involved. I complained and they didn't care. I think someone should contact the main office and get too the bottom of what the hell has happened too the pizza hut we all enjoyed 10 yrs ago.

our family used to eat there all the time...but the last several times we've been, it's been nasty, food hasn't been that great, and not very friendly either! It's really gone downhill over the last few years

oh my i went in the other day and they had a woman there Jennifer that used to work at the pig she got done for having a meth lab a few years back now helping run the hut lmao.........what next

was in there the other day and everyone was nasty looking told me 2o mins for pizza left and came back in 25 no pizza . not to mention employees on cell phone. i was upset.

we ordered a pizza there the other day, when we got home to eat it we couldn't, it was sooooo greasy, it was like a sponge and it was orange on the bottom from all the grease.
I think they need to start over in a new building with new management and employees just like KFC, kfc is so much cleaner now than it used to be.
