bath salts

I've recently heard about the abuse of bath salts. What's in them that creates a high? What kind of bath salts are being abused? When/why did this begin? I'm just really confused about this. I know an addict will do anything for a high, but bath salts? I suppose a person would smell good?

Bath salts is just the nickname. It's a mixture of various drugs, not actual bath salts one uses in their tub.

This is not new news...Russell County is just so far behind times that the info is just now reaching here! Bet every idiotic addict in the county will be rushing out to buy(or steal) all the bath salts on the shelves!!

Not an addict, just curious and uninformed. My primary fault was to think i could actually get valid information here. A quick search on WebMD gave me all the information i wanted. Thanks for not being judgmental!

lol, I'm was also confused about the bathsalt thing I've been hearing about in the news. I also thought it was the good smelling bath tub additive that dope heads were using. My confusion was how the heck does anybody think up the crazy idea of putting bathsalts inside of their body. It's a crazy world with crazy people looking for an escape some how. Sad really.

Yes everything you heard in the news about "bath salts" is correct. Yes you get high but at a severe price. Here locally on such grown man, over 50, was found eating his own fingers while high on the stuff. It is a lethal cocktail of poison that distorts judgement to the point of lunacy. Even short term use causes permanent brain damage.

The politicians (state, national, and even local)won't do anything about it till its and epidemic that they can use to gain votes. Till then its not a problem.

Its not hard to find just go into ANY Indian ran gas station and ask for it, most have it on their lovely displays right next to the cash register along with the rest of their white trash selection of what nots. They will sell it to you, your sons, your daughters, they will sell it to anyone, any age. I do mean anyone any age! Any kid can walk in and get the stuff.

Its up to the parents of this county to watch out for our children. Don't expect the law to catch up with it for years because its not and epidemic yet...yet.

The cops say that the bathsalt is just what it is, right off the store shelf. They crush it and smoke it. The synthetic mariuana id incense and can be bought at gas stations. Both are very dangerous and make people crazy.

And then maybe he/she is not! Dont accuse someone of asking for info on a drug that they feel their child my be using and or abusing. Why not ask before making that type of remark.

FYI alot of us come here for a reason, not everyone is here to abuse, learn how to abuse or learn how or what drugs to take, make or abuse. You just cant make an assumtion that someone is an "addict" for asking a question.

You are wrong those bath salts are not sold anywhere around here check your stores again idiot. Nothing is sold in those gas stations like that its been removed a long time.

This junk is pure and simple poison. It comes from China and India where they cook it up to sell to stupid idiots to get high. It has nothing to do with salt baths. It has bad effects on the brain and using it will cause harmful after effects.

Thats not true .It will show up .Because they have addapted the tests to detect it .So dont be decieved you will get nailed .
