The dirtbag is a well known drunk that always drives like a fool. The court needs to put him away for what he done. Went off and left the girl under the truck without calling it in right away!!! Hopefuly it will happen to him some day!!!!!

I think that all parties should be in trouble for leaving her out there without calling it in. Driscoll and his girlfriend drove around for half an hour calling there families for advise on what to do while she laid out there because of his drunk driving. And his friend hid him out till he went to the hospital.He doesnt feel bad what so ever. He has been out at the lake all the time having fun while her family is mourning and she is dead. It is not right.

Right now the Case is getting ready to go to trial. They are choosing the jury at this time. I know they tried to get a change of venue and the judge brought in to try the case denied the change of venue motion.

Driscoll got 1yr. in county jail, $2500.00 fine. Local man got more than that for animal crulity
