You are willing to live without water and elctric, However you are paying for an internet connection thats costing you at least 30.00 a month. So here's some advice, Cancel your internet connection take that 30.00 dollars a month and use it to pay out yourself of arrears with the county. Also find a job where you can sit at a desk and type. Obvious you are not disabled to the point were you cannot sit stationary and type. Soon you will be out of debt and profittable. See its not so hard to pay your bills when you work. I've been doing it since I was 14yrs old and have paid taxes since then also. I was paying taxes before I could vote. Thats what I'm sick of people who dont work, asking for more or expecting it

Harley T Ford wrote: <quoted text> Well excuse the hell out of me dumbass! There's not a damn dime of what you make that goes into my paycheck. Because I'm not drawing anything from any damn body! As far as your $1000 per month insurance, I'm 61 years old and there's only two of us paying $869 per month with a $5000 deductible. Just what the hell is your point? First you go off on the people working the system, "I myself think the deadbeat SOB's ought to starve"! Then you go off on people who have worked all their lives and are now "living the good life" on social security. The college educated idiots working for minimum wage? They come out of college with about as many brains as that piece of China made crap they keep their thumbs busy on, hell they don't even know how to talk anymore. The first year I worked I made a grand total of $2400, but by God it must have paid for the people who had retired before me. Lastly I don't want your damn sympathy but it seems to me you're here suck'in up for some. Why don't you offer some solutions instead of being such a crybaby! Like it's time for the people in this country to get the hell back to work, fire a bunch of crooked politicians, quit giving deadbeats a free ride with "free healthcare, free food, free cable tv, free cell phones" and bring our troops home to defend our borders instead of trying to run the rest of the world. Then maybe you wouldn't have to envy people who worked all their lives and earned what they have. Honestly, have you actually read anything I typed? Or do you not do so good with reading comprehension? You just flamed me when mostly everything you said I agree with.. Let me make my point a little more elementary for you. I do not think it is right for anyone to not pay there share of taxes just because they have reached 65yr olds.. When most people in that age group are already getting sometype of paid benifits.. It is not right for a Veteran to receive a pass on taxes because he/she VOLUNTEERED to join the armed forces. I'm do not belive persons on disability should get a pass on taxes. I dont not know, I single person who is disabled that could not do so form of productive work. If you are disabled to the point you can not work. That should be an affliction that prevent you from providing basic care for yourself and need around the clock assistance. Nothingelse should qualif you for full disability benifits except that. Other than that you should be supplemented, however you must keep some kind of gainful employment doing something. Just like most people on here, they are drawing a check or somekind of benifit. Stating they are disabled, however they can sit in front of the computer screen all day typing away on topix and surfing the web. Well why can't these people find an office job "sitting behind a desk and typing" like the rest of us. SIMPLE, they are Lazy Mooches.

It would seem to reason that a single parent With no support would not support the goverments methods of income redistribution? Would you care to explain you idea behind the support? I have no problem with veterans who ae 100% disabled having their taxes reduced or done away with. Those who served their country, willing to put their life on the line for us, deserve better. It may be an all volunteer force now, but I am willing to bet that not everyone who is 100% disabled volunteered. Remember the draft, that little thing they had during the 60's and early 70's? Because I am a single parent with no support from the ex, you automatically assumed I am hurting for money. I am fine. I do donate money and time to help others who are less fortunate than me.

I have worked since I was 12, make pretty good money now, and my ex is a dead beat. One person can't make it on their own with a child at home? That statement is chock full of stupid.

If that be the case it would mean she has transportation and spare money to waste on gas to drive to the libary or a friens house. And plenty of time to waste doing nothing. Barney, get a life. I have provided valid point in my postings. If you to stupid to read and understand my point of view, then oh well. By the way you may be "doing good for yourself now". But wait till all these people start getting passes on their property taxes. Are you so stupid to think that the people that are still left behind won't have to pick up the tab? Well maybe when that takes place you won't be so happy to donate that extra cash. When you have to start picking up the tab for all your neighbors over 65yrs old. Maybe they will bake you some "Crow pie" so you and your family can eat.

Those tax cuts for 100% disabled veterans already went through. My taxes can go up and I still have enough left over. No crow pie for me.
