OK, you have a guy with a tail light out and you have another guy with a vehicular homicide DUI charge. You don't know the guy with the busted tail light but you do know the grandson of Boss Hogg. Decisions, decisions, decisions....... Ticket the busted tail light guy. Gotta keep those streets safe.
Oh My United States	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #204 May 6, 2009 In the school zone in Capitan, someone took the smaller sign down that stated 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. So the sign now only says "While children are present." So what does this mean?? The fine Capitan Police has free rein.
