Ruidoso Downs seeks to disconnect house from sewer system disconnected - Ruidoso News

Okay we name this poor sap that's dumps are now being hotly contested by ruidoso and the downs, but we dont name the old lady who slammed her car in to a family?

I don't understand why the City of Ruidoso Downs is making such a big issue out of serviceing one home in Ruidoso with sewer when 95% of the seniors that go to the senior center are from outside it's city limits. It is fiscal agent for the transit system which makes us responsible for those employees and is putting a big drain on our general fund yet over 80% of the riders are from outside our city limits. It has funded over $1 million dollars for R.D. Hubbard to keep his museum open over the past five years so he can carry on his legacy. Then consider the fact that 80% of the city's employees live somewhere other than the Downs. Now our brainy Administration thinks paying our city attorney to take this sewer matter to court is going to solve our money problems. Wow, with the past administration and now the one that's been in power the past three a half years, it's no wonder that areas in the Downs can't get sewer lines put in and streets go unpaved.

Both the Downs & VOR officials are acting like spoiled little brats on almost every issue that comes up.

You clowns need to grow up or move on.
