Disgusting presentation during the family viewing period. Henry should have the curious go to a web site where they could see the obsenities and NOT brought the filth into my living room. it wasn't big news, it was basic trash talk, you only promote filthy language. be civicly responsible.

I can`t understand why print, cable, and broadcast media believe the insertion of several asterisks, in the middle of a word of common vulgarity, somehow disguises the word.Perhaps this use is more for self protection instead of concern for viewers/readers. Perhaps NBC 29 can explain this.

Why is vulgar language like this appalling, but rap music is cultural opinion?! This guy is a moron and should never work with the public again.(He'll probably end up being a bartender somewhere).

The DMV has investigators? Sounds like they have a job opening! I guess the state police does not have enough investigators.

I have personnally witnessed this dmv guy in his not so fine moment when he threatened a person and his family. I think that he should never be able to work with the public again.

This is the kind of arrogant attitude that is fostered in government bureaucracies and I've seen it in other, not all, agents of the government. Just always beware of them.

This guy is not untypical of investigators within law enforcement, but most are smart enough not to do it over the phone, when there always exist the possibility of being recorded, it's usually in your face, and within their environment where they alone control whats recorded. Whatever case he may have had is now compromised because of his arrogance and stupidity. But just like he landed this job, he won't have any trouble getting another within law enforcement.

None of ur business wrote: I guess this guy from DMV knew simms well, just like everyone else in Greene. A person who likes to get his money without working for it. So this lawsuit will be more money for him to distribute crack on the streets to our kids. This is Christina his wife and just to let you he doesn't sell anything and makes a honest living!!!! He owns his own trucking business!!!!

I am sorry to hear this about Brent - he worked with us when the dealer took our title money and never paid for dmv to give us our title - he was always very pleasant and considerate to us, even went over and above his duty. The dealer that we dealt with took people for several hundred to tens of thousands of dollars - so imagine the frustration he deals with when real innocent people are taken advantage of and he has to deal with the jerks who have done it ... remember that there are always 2 sides to the story...

Gosh! I would be so shocked and afraid to have been talked to like this by someone who is suppose to be a professional. I can hardly believe the disrespect and wrecklessness of this guy. BUT, what is also of interest to me is--how could this guy work for DMV and they not know he was acting out like this? Had Sims done something to REALLY push his buttons? I have a feeling there will be others that will surface and tell a similar story but they just did not get it on tape.

You are right, it happened to us as well...only we didn't get it on tape...but at least he did it in front of 2 people, so it's not just one word against another. He's apparently got a need to feel that he's got the "power" over people. Really sad...wonder what his childhood was like that made him so angry or power hungry? whatdoyoudo wrote: Gosh! Here's another gov't agency taking advantage of people and our tax dollars paying for incompetency. If the DMV has proof that Simms has done anything illegal then charge him or leave him alone. I hope the DMV agent goes to jail, is ordered to pay restitution to Simms and is ordered into psychiatric counseling for the rest of his life. He's a menace to society. I bet if the tables were reversed that Simms would already be in jail--where's the justice.

Hey ! Ex-DMV Investigator Uzdanovics ! Perhaps you should show your face publicly in Greene County so that the citizens may discuss your attitude problems and your mental health treatment options with you, face to face. I expect that Greene County has a jail that can provide mental health services for a criminal like you. How did this abusive criminal come to be employed by a police dep't and the DMV ? Someone's never do well relative maybe ? Disgusting !

This sounds somewhat like what's been going on in Tenaha Texas. Intimidation and then shake down conducted by law enforcement of the very citizens they were sworn to protect and serve. They use confiscation laws to steal personal property, threatening to charge a felony, if they don't comply by surrendering their personal property, then they never file formal charges. Be vigilant Greene County, it may well be more than this one guy that you need to be concerned about.

Uzdanovics is a maniac. He is nice when pretty women are around because he is trying to "get some" but in reality he is a bully. He got upset at me for questioning him. Why shouldn't I question something that doesn't make sense to me? When he lost his temper he went crazy and started talking about his "manhood" being bigger than mine and that he was more man. Weird stuff to hear from a cop. I didn't report it because this guy carries a gun given to him by the state government. I have no doubt that he would murder someone and cover it up by saying they had a weapon. He is still in law enforcement too. in some sheriffs office.

Too many idiots in law enforcement. It is where the high school football players who only made "C's" in school, found employment. Just because they have a badge and gun does NOT mean we should trust them.
