What do you know about this woman? I a mad as h..., with her. She forced my daughter-in-law to refuse my son visitation with his children, and made of income on him to charge him a redicules amount of childsupport.

Yes, Adele Grubbs is a DISGRACE and she should RECUSE HERSELF!! She just allowed the Grandparents, my husband's parents, to take my 5th, youngest son from me just to circumvent JUSTICE! She was against me from the start! NOTHING we said made any difference! I have raised him for the first 8 years of his life. I have no arrest record, never drink or take drugs, I have 4 older sons and always had sole custody of all of them! IS ANYONE LISTENING???? One person has the decision to remove a child from a home, the only home he has known, from his pets, his room, his toys, his BROTHERS AND MOTHER!!! The husband, father, lives with his parents and even the parents said he was UNFIT but they all live happily ever after together with my son!

Get involved to unseat this abusive power hungry clown of a judge. She does NOT comprehend fundamental rights, due process or how the law actually works to protect it citizens: example: many motions to recuse, even rit of prohibition she seems to miraculously dodge. Wonder how? She has judicial immunity, plain & simple. We need more like the Rices. My Boyfriend stood before Judge Grubbs on a violation of probation 1st time with a technicality ( not a new charge ). He had an excellent attourney who pleaded with her and how he has 2 small children, a job, and lots of family to support him and how he is a good man. She didn't care one bit. She took his first offenders away, and gave him 6 months to serve and they're sending him to prison like he is a criminal. I have never seen anything like this before and am furious that she discriminates against people just by looking at them. My boyfriend was the last one to stand before her so I sat in court and watched every single person get convicted with no questions asked. She is the harshest in Cobb County. Her conviction rate is sky high....Shouldn't somebody be looking in to this?

Except that she is not up for re-election.

Unfortunately, what we see in the way that Judge Grubbs behaves, while it is an abomination - is a reflection of what is going on in the entire courthouse. There are NUMEROUS cases that have been brought to the appellate courts that have been squashed without legal merit. On the 2009 docket to the US Supreme Court, there were three cases originating from this courthouse. In 2007 there were another two. There are cases that have been reported to the Department of Justice and to the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service. The State of Georgia has failed to elect responsible law abiding Judges and has only itself to blame. The Judicial Qualifications Commission within Georgia has systematically ignored corruption within the courts for many years, with Judges in the State routinely interfering with judicial investigations. The only Judges that have been removed have been those with the least political clout. Recent resignation letters from the JQC detailed interference from the highest Georgia Supreme Court. Cases that are rife with the stench of corruption litter our land from that court house all the way to the Inter American Commission on Human Rights, where a petition for the violation of a litigants human rights await review by an international court. The Marietta Daily Journal has been informed again and again about this issue and REFUSES to report on these newsworthy issues, as does the local television media. These outlets function as nothing more than a propaganda tool of the powerful in Cobb County and the greater Atlanta area. Many residents of Georgia were forced to FLEE THE STATE to protect life and property. There are two rules of law. The law of the underclass, the law of the upper class and its minions. How long will we stand for this? A cursory search will find the most agregious cases. But there are ten for every single one that has any internet presence at all.

Who was she invested with in Paulding County with the property near Pumpkin Vine Creek? 50 other people? Does anybody know?

If this judge is not on the bench next year then let her fade away and die, if she is then I say that Brian Nichols definitely shot the wrong judge

This judge is notorious. No one will run against her. The Georgia state bar decides who they want as judges and will ostracize anyone who dares go against their approved candidates. The system is far worse than thought!

It was a year on October 28th, 2010--- that I had been released for serving the exact same sentence, for the same exact reasons. I was taking 15 hours at Kennesaw State University and had a small nanny job that barely kept a roof over my head--- None of this mattered to her--- and she changed my life forever. I'm now a convicted felon... I didn't even commit a new crime and was living an honest life--- Unfortunately it seems theres not much hope to rid our court systems of people like this--- but one day she will pay for all the evil she has brought about.

This woman is despicable. She took custody of my stepson away from my wife about two months ago. The shock has still not wore off from the whole ordeal. We were in awe at how we were treated in judge grubbs courtroom. The whole trial was sickening. Someone please stop this madness.

yes,grubbs is no joke she really messed up uor lives my husband had his own security company and she didnt care sent him to prison for 6 monthes all because a pety probation violations i feel for anyone that stands in front of that judge, i dont want my worst enemy to stand in front of her you see she sent that old lady in a wheel chair to prison.

What does anyone know about this judge running for reelection? I understand she is 67 years old - will she continue to try to wreak havoc on the citizens of Cobb County? I also understand that her moral integrity is in doubt as well. Apparently she was accused of having an affair with a married man and was sued by the man's first wife after she married him. Then she claims to be a Sunday School teacher as well. I wouldn't want an adulteress as a Sunday School teacher or a judge. She must be a really miserable person after what she has been through and what she has done to people. I pity her.

For all you dead beat parents, parole violators, and others who feel the law simply does not apply to you, many happy returns to Judge Grubbs Courtroom. I hope she doesnt retire till she's 80. People who are successful in her courtroom generally do not complain.
