Come on people! This is Jerrell Baley, Janet Nichol and others that we have trusted all of our lives. Now you are mentioning their name in the same breath with FBI, failures, being stupid, awaiting sentencing, mis-management...etc. Remember you could trust your children's lives with one and the other would give his life for you. Now, how about keeping that trash off of these posts.
I think the current council and city manager are worthless!

Everyone of them.

Heard the council members snoring all the way from home this week! The paper confirmed it. Nobody challenges any issues faced. They agree to everyhing and pass everything. Dont these people realize healthy debate is needed. They all must be in a hurry to leave these meetings. It doesnt appear anyone is dedicated to serving.

What trash are you talking about?
If it walks like a Duck? Well you know the rest.
Maybe if they actually did something for the Citizens, you would see this kind of "OPINIONS" on here.
If you can't give the Facts then no one will listen There is no effort made by the City to Move Forward with anything that I see to improve anything. You have a group of people that are happy with the way things are in the City, and their main interest is showing up to work and doing as little as possible. Hope nothing happens that might cause them to get their over paid Buts out of the office and drive around and look at things for waht they are.
Example: When have you known Anyone in the City to proactively fill holes in the streets. Point N CASE, you have to call the City to let them know about Sink Holes, and that's only after you spend $1,500.00 to replace your Front End on your Car. Hell, the City Manager probably Drives by Holes in the street on a Daily basis and runs through a Sink Hole and thinks to himself, someone should Fix this. DUH!!!!!! Their more reactive than Proactive.

Again you are clueless. Mayor Baley has scooped more aspalt and filled more holes than you could imagine. Did you also know that the Mayor and his wife actually went out and mowed some lawns that were on the verge of getting tickets. I didn't think so. If you just want to stir it up at least know what your cooking!

Your and idiot,,, It doesn't matter what they did, Cudos to them for some effort. But the reality behind the whole problem is, Idiots like you who kiss but to keep up and appearance that you really care accomplishes nothing.
Respect is earned on a DAILY BASIS and is a Perishable perseption.

If the mayor, whom I'm not saying has a problem put that kind of energy in Kicking the Crap out of the City Manager for not doing his job, things would get fixed where they actually need it.
I still think that City workers are not at fault for errors on repairing streets, I think the one who makes the decisions on city policy needs a repremand or even fired for not implimenting a program where City Employees are mandated to look for problems and report them back to the City Manager. And that is actually a policy now, The manager is blind, or scared of the City Attorney who actually run the City Manager anyway, because he to affraid to make a decision on his own.

Oh and by the way, your an Idiot. Only you would try to be counter productive and un-original. Are you still suffering from synaptic reflex failure? If so i'll understand better where your coming from. And I would also add that I might worry more about people with your reactive personality instead of proactive personality working in any capacity at the City.

Who cares if the Mayor mowed some grass, if it came down to him fixing all the problems with the streets and water, he has city workers to do that, The City Manager should be ashamed of himself for letting someone that old take up the slack for his incompetance to monitor his City departments that are getting paid to do the work for anyway. I would even call that fraud waste and abuse to let the city workers collect a check and watch the Mayor do all the work

Daily Horoscope for November 26

Taurus

The Moon enters Aries and your twelfth house of secrets, marking the beginning of your lunar low cycle. It's time to slow down a bit, take your time, and go easy on yourself. Avoid going out tonight unless you absolutely must; it's better to spend time alone over the next two days. It's time to recharge your spiritual batteries again and prepare for the new cycle by pampering yourself!
