1. Beware, cults are always lead by a man. The church of Christ was built by Jesus himself (Mt.16:18)(Acts 20:28).

2. A cult always has an earthly head (who started your church?). Jesus is the head of the church of Christ (Eph.1:22,23)(Col.1:18).

These are two of the major points of a cult and they are lacking in the Lord's church (the church of Christ).

That proves the church of Christ is not a cult. I would be glad to go on to other points but I do not see the need.

Nova, your answers are repeated verbatim from California to Maine, but are not directly from scripture. This proves one thing. You've all read the same Tracts. And those tracts are of MEN. We have shown repeatedly that many of the passages you use are out of context, and the whole GROUP uses them out of context. So your group IS of men. It is led by men, and was started by men.
Your dream of your "Church of Christ" being started at pentacost is only a dream. You may do "5 Acts of worship", but that's where the similaritys end. You hardly resemble that Early Church when you analyze yourselves honestly. You do and believe things that THEY didn't, and THEY did and believe things that YOU don't. So stop kidding yourself about your denomination being "started by Christ". You've all been TOLD to believe that,(by men) but that sure doesn't make it true.
ALL the Church of Christ is not cultic, but from what I have witnessed of yourself and Heath, you two are up to your neck in the part that is.

Nova, we have shown some areas where your particular group IS cultic. You have responded by avoidance of those points (nothing new there,) and by quoting a couple of lines from what they tell you in the Tracts and teachings from your pulpits.
You might think twice about "seeing the need", if you would pay closer attention to what folks have been showing you here.
To nonchalantly and flippantly say "Oh, we're not a Cult", is something EVERY cultist says when confronted with Truth.
We aren't here just to mess with your head. We've been where you are. Believe it or not, we know stuff. Your teachings are right out of the Tracts of Men, using the same scraps of scripture that your entire group uses, and you CLAIM it is "not from men".
Sorry. None of us just fell off the turnip truck. You need to wake up.
