Popularity thanks you for defending his drink of choice.

You serve your god well.

How about an admission to being wrong on this topic, guys?
Everybody sees it, so you're not fooling anyone but yourselves.
Here's your chance to prove your manhood and your personal integrity.
Don't let it slip away.
Heath's response to this certainly spoke "Loud and Clear" of his manhood and personal integrity!

The Church of Christ boys know that the wine in those days was fermented, especially since they were warned against having "too much" of it.
But where is the integrity of these CofC guys that they would come in and publicly admit to being in error?
Their integrity is non-existent. Truth hurts their ears and hearts and makes them burn with hatred and rage.

Maybe we need a brand new topic now. How about "Can a Church of Christ Man BE a Faithful Christian"?

Good topic, or what?

I think perhaps Heath is hitting the football stadium for Friday night high school football or else he has gone off to a corner bar to regroup. He has been very AWOL all of this week on here.
Absent Without Logic

Oh I got a newspaper from a small town in E. Texas and there is an article in it from a coc preacher. It reads "Look at religious organizations in this community, read their signs, bulletins, etc. No matter which way you turn, there is plenty of "food, fun and fellowship" and little, if any, serious Bible study. Elders beware! Nowhere in the NT do we find "fun, food and frolic" converting the lost and edifying the saved but rather gospel preaching.(Act 2:37-41:8:5. 12, 20-32, 1 Tim 4:13-16) Paul said "I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth....(Rom 1:16

Some of the most wonderful times in all my church years have been spent at a church picnic fellowshipping with visitors and making them feel welcome. Great conversations take place in comfortable settings where getting to know new people is vital for growth of a church. Church dinners serve the same purpose. The church I attend (belong) is welcoming, friendly, loving and reaches out to all new folks attending and they feel that love. As soon as these people become part of the church family and join the church, 90% are very active. We accept their baptism also. The church has more than doubled in 10 years and there are over 700 members. This is not in a large town either.

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Taurus

Social situations bring out the best in you right now, especially if they encourage you to be a free spirit and you don't have to worry about being on your best behavior all the time. In fact, you'll welcome the chance to kick over the traces in some way or remind certain people that you're a much more complex personality than they sometimes give you credit for.
