Joe was a friend a co worker and neighbor. I miss him a lot and urge people to not speed especially when u have another life in your hands. I lost a friend because someone wanted the rush of speeding.... its not worth it! I pray for joes family. I miss passing him going home at our gaurd house. Nothing will take the pain away or bring him back. In my eyes he was murdered and taken from his family while urge one who did it is going to roam free one day. That is not right. To joes family, you are on my prayers. I lost a brother this way also and it hurts so bad. You don't understand unless you have had to go threw it. I'm so sorry you have had this pain.
