Ridiculous...I know plenty of law enforcement officers who would not arrest someone over this... this is a typical case of being on a power trip.. this officer wasn't even on duty...nor in uniform, nor in a patrol car...you do the math.

Why do "a lot of people" or so it seems that drive SUVs, think they can be rude and obnoxious and everyone has to get out of their way??
