i think this is a real good thing and i hope ms continue to uncover all the cover ups that happened back then.because i beleive if they drained the water out of the ms. river they would really have their hands full down there.even though it took 40+ years they got him!! now suffer like they did. I am so glad that Mississippi is striving to right years of cruelty. As a person who once lived in Roxie, I am ashamed that this crime has gone unpunished for so long. A murderer is a murderer whether he or she is young or old. Franklin Countians should band together during this time and support the Moore family. It is the least we can do for years of injustice.

james seale is inocent...edwards his co-defendent who admitted to the murder was givin imunity IF he testified against seale...after this was accomplished...edwards recanted his testomony,was given a lie detector test proving his false testomony against seale and then to cap it all off it was not allowed by the court...this is a damn witch hunt...Im not for a guilty man to go free which seale is not...guilty... but a much more disturbing thing is the fact that the statue of limitations had run out years before the kidnapping yet he was prosicuted anyway then aquited...but because the prosicution appealed the dicision and deamed seale a flight risk he remains in prison in ill health with improper care...flight risk??? flight from what???he was aquited!!!you had better all be VERY concerned about your constitutional rights and the way that they are continually circumvented. The confessed murderer goes free while a innocent man languishes in federal prison

Seale is getting what he deserves. Shoulda turned his friend Edwards in for the murder back at the time an innocent man was murdered because he was African-American. Let him rot as he should have been located up many many years ago.

LOL My my a white man concerned about constitutional rights. Their murder victim had a constitutional right to be an equal citizen of his community and they ignored and denied that person's constitutional rights by killing him.
