Woman Killed In Rowland Heights Crash Identified

The cause of this crash, like all of the others in that stretch of Pathfinder, will be determined in part to be caused by excessive speed.
Over the years, there has consistantly been at least one fatal accident on that stretch of Pathfinder every 3 months or more.
With the known amount of speed related incidents on this road, law enforcement should be taking a tougher stand. Unfortunatly, these incidents occur during the overnight hours, mainly on Friday through Sunday nights, when the number of officers on duty is less.

Thank you all for your prayers and support. We are still trying to get more information about what happened...just really in shock...have learned more about it via the internet then from anywhere else.

i miss her so much. i was looking foward to attending camp with her this year. she always kept me laughing and she always had a smile on her face, and it hurts me to find out this happend to her.

I can not belive that she is gone...I had just had dinner with her and called her that night....I was devestated by her passing..I will miss her so very much...She was always there for me. She was even planning my wedding...I will miss you my Ondi Girl!!!!!!!!

i havent seen her in years. i remember growing up with her, kirbe and jenny. my memories with her will remain some of my most happy memories. having water fights with them and my sisters in the summer. how my sister let ondreas bird fly away one day and how we chased in all the way to the greenbelt.i cant believe shes gone. im thinking about your family constantly. your all in my prayers

Man....ive known Ondrea for years...since elementary school. Breanne and i were really close friends with her at one time, but we did sort of drift apart as we grew.
I do know Ondrea was one of the sweetest girls ive ever met. And she was super talented with school and art. She never let high school change her thats for sure.
I saw her a few times here and there at the grocery store I work at after we graduated....still the same sweetheart.
its so shocking, and such a horrible thing....she will be missed so very much.
To her family...i'm so very sorry for your loss. i know she loves you all so much. My prayers are with you.

She is so very beautiful and loved by all. A friend of mine told me today that "it was like no matter who she came in contact with, anyone at all, she would touch your life, like there was something so very special about her" Her Sunshine that she blessed everyone with. At her services it was said that "God misplaced an angle for 20 years." This is so very true.

What does a family say in this situation?? I know for a fact contact has been made to the best friend of Ondrea and flowers were sent to the services by the family. Please do not get the wrong impression of Elias and his Family they are true hearted people and I know in no way are they trying not to make contact with the family of Ondrea on purpose. I know they are having a difficult time as well. All there friends and family are truly praying for your family and are "VERY SORRY". What can we possibly say to bring your daughter back "Nothing". As a close friend of the family I know I struggle with my emotions everyday for both families. I honestly cry when I see Ondrea's picture and I don't even know her. But I am a parent too and know the pain you are feeling right now. I know Elias's mother struggles with a heavy heart everyday with these questions. Do I call?? What do I say?? Please pray as I pray for you that she and the family find strength to do this soon. I know family members and friends of Elias were there at the services as well to pay their respects. Please don't portray this family as bad people. They are not! I know the time will come that contact will be made.

The family protrays themselves on their own...by their own actions.....What does one say???? I know that saying something, anything, is better then nothing at all. Contact with "the best friend" is to replace that of a parent??? A mother??? A Father??? As far as being at the services or sending flowers goes... if so they did so unknowing to us. Why go or send flowers if you do so without makeing yourself known??? Makes one wonder really "WHY"?

know the pain I/we feel???.. I hope you don't and won't ever feel this pain..but unless you have loss a child in this manner there is no way you could know.

I agree w/this person... this is why no one from the boy's family is contacting... tooo much HATE and ANGER!!! they want to give you time to grief. I doubt you would be all nice to them if they were to contact you...

The only reason hate is growing is because we feel there is no remorse. You may be crying when you see her picture not because she has passed, but because Elias caused her death. Believe me; to forgive would make things much easier if we knew he felt truly sorry. We are a forgiving family; we do not like to feel the way we do. And we would be nice if we were contacted. We are not a bad family, we are as sweet as Ondrea, and by saying that "I doubt you would be all nice to them if they were to contact you..." is bad mouthing my family, portraying us as cold-hearted. We are not saying that Elias is a bad guy; I know that Ondrea would have no interest if he was, but I am tired of people praising him like he is Jesus, he made a mistake, everyone makes mistakes, just man up to it.
