Isn't it a shame that our water in Ballinger is at it's highest rate ever, more health issues, more personnel, city vehicles, bond indebtedness, and nasty smell than ever and no one is blaming Tommy New?

My mistake about the headline. seems there is a lake Ballinger somewhere else also. I'm still chapped about the water quality and pricing here in Ballinger texas though.
