DPS: Fired Texas official could face charges

She should be reprimanded for this action. The state has to take bids on all external contracts to ensure that favoritism and cronyism does not occur.

Texas DPS is a joke... Men get fired when phsycho ex women accused him of domestic violence... He goes to court and jurors find him not guilty of charges and DPS still terminates him from being a state trooper... Because all they do is we the people help pay for these so called people called a commission .... I think the state should do an internal investigation on them... There is a petition to congress about cases just like this one for these women who make false allegations and we take there word for it a guy pays to prove his innocence and still the words from them are we have never over turned a termination... Really maybe you should start looking at the facts instead of worried about your own reputation for over turning a termination
