We do need to watch out for children and adults. On the other hand, I have seen kids and adults not riding a bicycle properly, fail to use hand signals, make sudden moves, darting into traffic without looking, riding their bikes on the wrong side of the street or road (on the left side riding against traffic). It's a two way street in a matter of speaking. R.I.P. Tony!!
