If the driver was DUI he has a deserved end, also to travel with a drunk driver, suggests impaired judgement, hey ho!!

if guilty their estate and families must pay for full medical care for the injured even to the extent that they loose their homes

The ones that on the wrong side of the road were all drunk. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Thinking they were cool and now they are cool.
