Need Direct Access to Sellers of REO's and Notes

We cannot deal with large chains of people. Please do not respond unless you are one away from the Sellers Mandate.
Once I hear back from you with the answer to these questions, either my investor or I will contact you back.
Since we are dealing with various providers of REO's, prior to sending you a Soft LOI, I need to know a summary description of what you have to provide first, as we do not want you to shop our LOI (This just recently happened to us).
