I am a RE Broker and I work directly with home builders. I can get together bulk sales of brand new, never lived in homes directly from the builder. Direct to seller of MTNs and CMOs! MTNs: Send your direct buyer’s procedures to see if there is a match. Once it is established that we have a match, your buyer will be placed on a call with the seller to complete the transaction…that simple. CMOs: Because of the current default crisis CMOs can be purchased at hugh discounts, and procedures are less time consuming than MTNs.
