Since we are dealing with various providers of REO's, prior to sending you a Soft LOI, I need to know a summary description of what you have to provide first, as we do not want you to shop our LOI (This just recently happened to us).
Please advise.

Our company has closed transactions...for REOs, notes and Bank Guarantees. That is as sincere and honest ss it gets for me. We have a program and it works. Have you noticed the pattern from 8 months ago to now? How can anyone trust anyone? You can't. To find anything real, you have to be real. Please contact me to learn more about us. I am next to a buyer who is ready to buy in the Billion range. Please contact me if you have product in escrow, we can set up a nice flow forward deal. I am not looking for brokers, only a sellers mandate!! If you are not direct to the seller then let's not waste each others time okay.

I am next to the buyers mandate. The fees paid by my buyer are 67% greater than traditionally paid deals. EMAIL me to get more information.

I am a RE Broker and I work directly with home builders. I can get together bulk sales of brand new, never lived in homes directly from the builder. I currently can get together packages between 1-50 homes all in Southern California. I typically sell them individually, so these all have resale value as well. DerekLarson@yahoo.com

Direct to seller of MTNs and CMOs! MTNs: Send your direct buyer’s procedures to see if there is a match. Once it is established that we have a match, your buyer will be placed on a call with the seller to complete the transaction…that simple. CMOs: Because of the current default crisis CMOs can be purchased at hugh discounts, and procedures are less time consuming than MTNs.
