Goal: Obtain direct access to banks to buy high dollar non-performing residentialnotes and reos for larger players in the industry

1. SELLING DISCOUNTED NOTES AND REO's
- Must find seller that can fulfill orders of $10M-$150B in less than 5 days

- Seller must be directly linked to Bank - No Daisy Chains

-Fulfill means that the seller can commit and have a pool available for due diligence

-Best pricing for discounted notes and REOs (discounted notes .30-.60, REOs 30-65 cents)

-Only nationwide packages available

2. WE OFFER OPTIONAL SERVICES FOR THE BUYER OF DISCOUNTED NOTES AND REOS

- Offer complete servicing arm for the pool purchased

-Offer assistance with Due Diligence, National Title and Settlement

- Offer FHA refinancing to qualifying segments of the pool after credit repair

We connect our buyers directly to the sellers of huge inventories of Bulk Packages, and these custom orders are typically filled within one week.

Buyers can select any region in the US. The range of purchase price varies between forty to sixty cents on the dollar. Rates can be lower than forty cents on the dollar for considerably larger orders.

Orders are custom filled directly by the banks and not by second hand, marked up portfolios in circulation. The bank and the buyer are the only parties involved in completing the transaction once an order is confirmed and filled.

Our compensation is worked out with the buyer and I must assume that if its a true source working with the seller then the seller will take care of their compensation. Our buyer just closed on 100B and is now selling it off in smaller portfolios. If anyone is interested, please email me and i will have the seller contact your buyers directly. NO POF or LOI needed. All is done directly between seller's attorney and buyer.
