Bar Owner's T-Shirt Offends Obama Faithful

The cartoonists are having a field day with Buffoona Obama. Christ HE REALLY DOES look like Curious George.....so what?????? What makes him untouchable....is it because he's MULATTO???????

Why does everyone automatically think this cartoon monkey character is depicting Obama? Maybe "Curious George" is supporting Obama for Prez? Anyway I think the owner of Mulligans should send the NAACP a thank you card for getting Mulligans about $1,000,000 in free national and international publicity. I work within walking distance of this pub and know that the local branch office of the NAACP is located approximately 1000 feet of it too. I wonder if a protest would have even been happened if either were miles away from the other?

I was told by my American friend to come check this forum out because I honestly did not believe him when he told me this story. But I have to say that you blokes who don't see this as racist are either lying or truly are the most ignorant people in civilized society.

This has been a slur since the days of slavery in your country, and by shear coincidence (surely) it's taking place in a former slave state. We have our dumb white people in England as well who call us "chimps" or "monkeys". And just like in your country they tend to live in caravans (you call them trailers) and have all of a grade three education from which they draw their "earthy wisdom". We call them pikeys.

You people are losing your empire faster than we did, and you still think you are in the right for all the idiotic things you do. Do you people even have schools?

Alot of the more clever of you have already left to places like here in Costa Rica after you gave your president divine power. My regards to those of you toughing it out up there.

You know it is really obnoxious and ugly of you to be putting down in any way the indigenous people of the British Isles. Britain has been inhabited by these indigenous people since the last Ice Age. These indigenous people are White! Negroes did not reside in Britain until after World War 2 when they where imported to make up for a temporary labor shortage.

Go back and take another look at your history book and you will see that Black people have lived in England since the defeat of the Spanish Armada. And English privateers regularly attacked and liberated slaver ships bound for the Caribbean and your country. They usually let the slaves get back at the slavers as well. You see WE saw it as an abhorrent institution even back then. Please be certain that you know a sufficient amount of information on a subject before you present your "findings" as fact.

It is truly funny how some people want to take issue with the "Curious George" shirts. No issues were raised when George Jefferson referred to his friend's bi-racial daughter as a "zebra". Do you think replacing "Curious George" on the t-shirts with a "zebra" would work?

The shirt was funny. Obama looks like Curious George. Thats what makes it funny. I would buy a few of them. Pass them out to my friends. The manufacturer of these shirts was just monky-ing around. It is still funny.
