Lisa Clark: I want my baby back

Why is she a free woman? If this were a man that had sex with a 14 year old female and got her pregnant he'd be in prison for 10 to 20 years. Not only did she commit what amounts to rape but she basically is mocking the legal system by being with this kid while she is on house arrest.

My baby was put into Defacs custody illegaly. We have been to court several times, and we have still not had a trial. This started when she was just one month old, and now she is eight months. The Grandparents had a safety plan to keep the baby and Cobb County said the grandparents could keep the baby. We went to court to get guardianship papers. They took the baby to Douglas County for a 72hour hold. They wound up putting her in foster care after promising the Grandparents that they would get her back after the 72hours was up. Now they have mentioed putting her up for addoption.

The judge ordered me to get counseling, a sphycological evaluation, which i have done, in the process to get my baby back. Also in the last few months a Cobb County worker has came out t o my home to evaluate and to see if my home was fit to raise my child. The Defacs Worker said that my home was perfectly fit to raise my child.

She said that i had say-so and certain rights to my child while she has been in the care of the foster parents, but the Douglas County Defacs worker does not seem to want to work with me. At court last week, i showed a letter stating that i was following the judges orders by going to counseling, but she said that my letter was not relavent, and sh refuses to excet my sphycological evaluation. She will not return my phone calls, and does not seem to want to help in reuniting me wih my daughter. Now the Defacs worker says that she knows a couple that cannot have children who would like to adopt my baby.

The Grandparents, according to cobb county, are the loving a nurtuing ones for the baby, and i am willing to give them guardianship of my baby, but know one will listen.

I have come to find out that CPS should not be able to remove a child from the home unless neglect or abuse comes into play. That came straight from a pamplet given to me by Defacs themself.

The baby was never abused while she resided with the Grandparents or me for that matter. When i visitedmybaby in foster care a few months back,inoticed that she had a scratch on her face, reaked of urine, and had the forms of a black eye. The first foster mother that she was with said that s he did not eat for the first week that she was with her, she had to feed her witha dropper through a straw. We found this out after one worker involved said that my baby was fine.

Please pray for justice, and that no one ever has to go through the pain of losing their child tothe system illegaly.

There has to be more to your story. What are you not telling?

I'm with you. They don't remove kids from a household just because its a slow day. What was the reason given for removal?

Not only that we're talking about the fact that this lady molested this child. If this was a man and he had done this to a little girl we would all be standing on our ears.

this is the story read the web page under ga gov they want to change the laws an have better training by 2011 to were so many kids dont end up in foster care. and a lot of dfacs workers dont have proper training. and a few years ago dville dfacs was investigated that is straight from anews reporter at fox 5 news they get calls every day on dfacs do your homework on this type of things before you judge anyone.Iam doing what I was asked to do by a judge but the dfacs worker says that dont matter she knows acouple that cant have kids and is going to give them mine and she is not even in the county anymore she is in coweta now thing before you judge the case is in dville and the workers friends live in coweta so that is were she put the baby think if this one your grandchild or baby

The reason so many children end up in foster care is that so many people are irresponsible with their sperm and ova. Better training by 2011? For DFACS? How about you just showing your God given instincts like "a mother's love". Put your children before yourself and you would not be in this situation in the first place. I can't imagine having to take classes on how to be a loving parent. I truly believe that I found my purpose in life the day I birthed my first child. My children are my PURPOSE. Good for you if you have completed everything the courts have asked you to complete. Every child yearns to be with their parent. I hope this works out for you, but you cannot continue to blame the system. You have to stand up and take some responsibility for your prior actions.

excuse me? i thought this post was about Lisa Clark...not Krysten Jarrell. getting back to the original topic of conversation....hmmm...oh yeah...Lisa Clark wanting her baby. She did the crime, she did the time....this does not mean she will be a bad mother. Give her a chance with some supervised visits. And her husband is now of legal age, so even if we don't agree with their decisions, it's not really up to us. give them a chance to be a family and raise their child. Get that baby out of the foster care system, and let that baby bond with she who gave birth.

This woman was a bad parent...she had children. Her legal age husband now is only 17 and he was her son's friend when she started this crap with him. I'm sorry a 40 year old woman with a 17 year old child is wrong and I don't care how you paint this. If the roles where reversed we'd all be havig a cow!

It never ceases to amaze me how assinine and selfish people can be. Lisa Clark has children, yet she put her pedophilic wants and desires before that of her own kids. Pedophilia. That's what this is. We have a case now with a DC woman who threw herself at teenage boys for years. Sexually taunting them and getting them drunk. Why is this ok with you? Mugsy is right...if Lisa's name was "Tony" or something we would all be freaking out! Damaged kids, that's what this woman has bred. Pass her kids on to someone who can love them and who doesn't lust after our youth. Would you want to live with a parent who was a know child molester? Imagine the shame these kids are now forced to endure for the rest of their lives becasue ofLisa's actions.

The woman is a pedophile. ONCE and forever. Why would you even entertain the idea of placing the child back in the hands of this mentally disturb PEDOPHILE. EXCUSE ME!

You ever heard of common sense. If a person is a armed robber . They go to jail. After they do their time do you return there weapon to them? The courts rule for the good of the child. Not the wants of a PEDOPHILE. She has yet to show good judgement. Where is she now? I know back at the well she feel into in the first place.

Forgiveness, yes, but why would she get a do-over? She lusts after teenage boys, she abused her privelage as an adult who is supposed to do what is best for a child. Is "effing" or "blowing"a young boy who barely has hair on his genitals doing what is best for this boy? She took advantage of a child. She is a pedophile. I think her actions have proven to everyone what is truly in her heart...maybe she can see her child grow up via a photo album provided courtesy of the new family who won't have the option to "do" this kid or their friends as they grow up. coolness...i stirred up some heated comments! my job is done. well...except for the fact that maybe it is possible for people to be forgiven and to change.... judge not lest ye be judged..i think THAT is from the BIBLE....i'm not saying what she did wasn't wrong...i'm just saying that IF she has been forgiven for her sin, that she should be allowed to repent and to move on. And....she might as well have the opportunity to get to know her child, because the media is never going to let this thing rest, and that child will grow up wanting to know who 'mommy and daddy' are because SOMEONE SOMEWHERE WILL LET IT BE KNOWN TO THE CHILD THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THAT CHILD'S BIRTH....so better to deal with it now with supervised visits and alot of therapy for all members of the family, includingt the foster family,than to have that baby be plauged and harassed for years to come.
