My Sausalito massage place open for 4 years with no problems, was busted 6 years ago, because of a report by one of the neighbors that deadly hand jobs were going on............BJ's with everyone's blessing, and much fanfare, open for only a month and has a rumble with a stabbing........That's cool, they got booze and food, I only had cute ladies.

"There was a lot of alcohol being consumed," said San Rafael police spokeswoman Margo Rohrbacher.
The TTB should investigate this. At some point a bartender has to cut drunk patrons off. It's the law. Legally you cannot serve alcohol to obviously drunk patrons. This brawl is a glaring liability on BJ's.

I was there and triaged the man I found unconscious at the scene in the parking lot. These were young college kids being stupid and drunk. There was nothing having to do with race in this situation. I hate when people stereotype. If you were not there, you really sound stupid when you make racist comments.

I think that a stabbing goes beyond "being stupid and drunk." Sounds more like criminal activity to me.

Young, stupid and drunk only counts until you start using weapons. Then you deserve the felony. It could have just as easily been guns and then people in the restaurant would have been in dange too.

I did not see what happened outside. I saw all the college kids being stupid and drunk inside of BJ's. I walked outside and saw a man unconscious in the street. I do not speculate as to what happened outside because I was not there. Neither were any of you.. I hope all the people involved are punished and brought to justice. I have tried to help with the investigation however I can. I did not know any of the people involved so it is hard to be very helpful. Do you think I have not thought of what could have happened to my boyfriend and I if we had walked outside one minute earlier?

Apparently, BEING stupid and drunk, in public, is far more dangerous than SOUNDING stupid and racist on line. Where is your sense of outrage that you had to "triage" an unconscious man in the parking lot? You seem more upset that someone might make unconscious, racist comments, than you are about someone being ACTUALLY, physically unconscious!
Can you separate these two issues? And, if not, you are unconscious too.

Bad start to new establishment of new enterprise of restaurant/pub trying to
generate interest into new mall; let's be certain to prosecute the culprits. Enough to crime,, of any sort, in San Rafael.

Let's put these these tugs away.

thanks for being there and helping out someone who needed it. Too bad there are people on this forum that don't understand the concept of being more concerned with the help of an injured person than the events that may have led up to it. We need more people like you.

Have a happy holiday and know your help is appreciated.

Being a nurse, I am outraged everyday at human behavior. However, acting outraged all the time is useless and detrimental. The man I found in the parking lot is LUCKY that I was willing to cover my bare hands in his blood in order to help him. I am "outraged" that he was left there with no "friends" to help him, forcing me to step in. Being mad at a situation rarely produces a productive outcome. Assuming something about a situation NEVER produces a productive outcome. How would me being "outraged" help the situation? I think the fact that I remained calm and provided law enforcement with information was more productive and mature than being "outraged" . And...BTW, not ONE person thanked my boyfriend and I for helping the unconscious man.

I asked the question yesterday in connection with the incident involving the Nickel Rose

Where can one go to get a drink in a bar that is upscale and not populated by this kinda trash and scum?

You know
Pretty people
Selective door policy (or high enough prices to keep the tras away)
Clean restrooms

Haven't seen one since moving back home from Newport Beach 10 years ago

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
