I'm running for Roseville Treasurer

Hello, my name is Abdalla Awwad and I am running for Roseville Treasurer. The election is November 3rd, 2009. Not that many people vote in Roseville, about only 10%. Many more than this number complain. Voting is your civic duty!

How long have you lived in Roseville,what do you do,what have you done for Roseville, and why are you a better choice than Ms Haugh?

I vote all the time how many elections have you voted in the past 5 years, you’re arrogant your not getting my vote thats for sure"LOSER".

I seen your signs around Mr. abdallaawwad. I figgured you mustta lived in detroit growing up because your signs are all over gas stations, groceries stores, freeways and art studio's.
We call that "getto politics" in this city because if you knew a lot of peeps in the "VILLE" they would be on house lawns.

I have a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education. I believe that any Treasurer should at least have a college degree.

If you are talking to me, I have voted in Every election since I registered when I was 18. I was also the precinct delegate for ten of those years.

Well, sorry to inform you, but to even get on the ballot- you have to be a resident of not only the city, but also the state and the country as well...so... I'm going to assume that I should write this real slow so...you...can...comprehend...
I was born in Detroit, lived in Roseville ALL of my 33 years and can assure you that not only is English my major (in undergrad) and native tongue, but also I can use proper punctuation.

Mr. Suds, how do you do? I've never lived in Detroit, don't really care to even go there unless there's a Tiger game, but who's signs are really "ghetto" as you put it. My opponent has three signs on vacant lots and two at abandoned buildings. Not to mention that at least I have my own signs, she just reuses her husbands. Even though that is an election no-no (using someone else's signs), I am running a positive campaign. I wouldn't be as petty as to report on something like that. I apologize to Roseville businesses that you do not value their businesses as I do. People really would have more of a community if they shopped in their own neighborhoods. Write back soon!

To answer the question of why I seem to have more signs up on the streets: I cannot help that I get many of my signs stolen from people's lawns. Today alone I lost at least 6. I received that many calls for someone to bring "another." So, if you would like to see more of my signs on people's lawns, just give me the address and I'll bring one by lol.
