How could anybody get out of a buring house without first securing their children? I wouldn't leave my house without taking my animals!

This tragedy has touched the entire community. Our thoughts and prayers are with this family. PLEASE Donations are being accepted by the
Center Line Public schools for this family.

The following was in a letter sent home with students:

At this time we do not know the needs of the family; however, we are setting up an account for them. If you would like to donate money, please forward to Doreen Ostrolencki, Director of Business Services, Centerline Public Schools Centerline, MI 48015.

I did forward this to the news and am sad to say that I never saw this information aired.

. Ok first of all, How dare you judge me!!! you were not there you cant even began to think what we went threw, I went to my daughters window when i woke up there was smoke and fire everywhere, my son always slept with his big sister, so that is where i expected both of them to be, when i got in the window i found my daughter, my son was nowhere, i pulled my daughter out onto the roof and began to look for my son, I burned the flesh off my hands looking for him, my daughter screamed from outside the roof tar was melting to her feet , I went out to get her off the roof, behind be the flames came out , they were coming out every wiindow, I couldnt get back in, I went to go anyway and my daughter screamed and begged me not to go back in and die...You have no idea what goes threw your head at a time like this this situation was impossible, I wanted to die right there, My son was my world, I love him more than words can say, and why im explaining this to you I dont know, I dont own you an explaination or do i have to explain myself to anyone, And you have no idea what we went threw and even though you are an IDIOT!!! I hope you never have to know..YOU should be ashamed of yourself..

i love you little brother, with all my whole heart. every now and again, i look up things from the fire, just because, and it makes me cry so much.
and whoever cjb is, you are an ignorant person. i screamed and screamed for my mother to get off that roof, she told me she wasnt going to get down, she was going to go back into the house and stay with my brother. maybe your not aware, this wasnt just a petty little fire, the entire house was engulfed in flames by the time i was down. the roof melted to our feet and legs, and my mother stayed up there, refusing to get down. her hand is so messed up, she kept reaching in and screaming. flames shot out every single window, even the two she was between, but everytime the flames went down, she popped right back in there screaming and reaching. my mother had no idea where he was, neither of us did. if there was anyway, my mother would have done whatever she could to save him.
so before you think you can pass judgement like that, put yourself in her position.

i know this was a while ago,
but i just saw that one comment where that person was judging the mom, and ive never been in this kind of situation. i go to wolfe and i know tanya, i have seen spencer before, i know that would have been an extremly difficult choice. I just cant believe this all happened. God works in very mysterious ways. This way i am deffinatly not sure of? But Spencer and his family will always be in my prayers! Knowing that the whole house was in flames and knowing how many fire fighters were there (my friends dad was there), i know it was REALLY big! So the person who was judging the mom really should see what its like and then judge, which i hope the dont cause this is a really serious and sad tragic thing ;(

I love this family as my own, they are a part of me and my children forever. I saw and watched that fire engulf that house. I saw my friend and her charred hand and blackened body. I saw her daughter in pain and agony from the fire. I watched in horror as the house burnt. My children watched in horror. My son is Spencer's best friend as was Spencer his. He lost his brother that day. I lost a part of my family. Nothing will ever be the same. The pain is endless. My friend did all she could, as a mother would, and lives with this the rest of her life. It will never be forgotten, never.
It will never be the same.

wow its been almoast 2 years, i still miss my little brother very very very much. idk how we all do it without him. scence then allot of things have changed and that family has never been the same, nor has mine. my little brother has some of the stuffed animals that were put on the fece and he refuses to give them up and its a good thing to cause i never want him out of anyones hearts. i loved that little boy and i wish i could have seen him grow up. he'd be going into 4th grade now with my baby brother. tanya is still my best friend and shes going to be a junior in high school now. these people meen everything to me. i know allot of the people who commented this including my own mother and some of my best friends. theres nothing anyone could have done, they tried. my own big brother tried to get in and he got nola off that roof. nolas hand print was on owr wall for a long time. our house almoast went too. it was a devistating day. and we live with this every damn day. love you nola dave tanya and spencer. and just for you i spencer i swear on the hatchet i will see you again someday.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Aries

Financial muddles are more than likely today so be careful if you're going shopping. You might be accidentally short-changed or there could be a misunderstanding about how much something costs. This isn't a good day to lend friends anything valuable in case they don't return it or they damage it in some way. Better safe than sorry.
