I have had my oil changed for the last 15 years at the corner of Gratiot and Frazho. I will NEVER return again. The management of this store treated me with incredible disrespect, and potentially damaged my truck by SLAMMING THE HELL out of my hood when I did not want to follow their "Maintenance" add-on sales. Things got so ugly that I was forced to call the police - who informed me they are routinely being called out to this store - under "new management". BEWARE.

Worst experince ever. Yelled at and critized for not doing maintence they siad, receipt says 'needs new air filter' and 'air filter checked and ok' on same page, did not get new oil change sticker, and recipt says tires checked and ok but tires were never touched (and I new they were a little low). Will never go there again and hopefully no one else does.
