I asked this another thread but it belongs here. What is going on with Sandmar? Anymore rain and I'm told there'll be more water problems. Shiitt draining into and out of retention pond where its not supposed will end up bad for residents' properties all over again. What is the city doing about it to protect residents? SOMEONE made a big mistake starting this "if you build Sandmar the better people will come" project!
