Kladeck also substantially reduced his property tax bill, up to 75% less, by turning the land the hmongs use into an agricultural use catagory.

This guy is a greedy creep! He paid many of his employees cash and made them clean the bar after closing on their own time. He owes the tax payer for years of this!

The witch hunt has been called off...we got him. And now he's going to prison. Ha ha. It's clear you still have your cranium firmly lodged in your rectum. How can you read like that?

Are you for real? Seriously, "pillars of the community" do not engage in these practices. What he did was stealing, and because of his status, he is a bigger dirtbag than a purse snatcher or bank robber. He had tons of money, but wanted more. He should fry for this. And you are a moron.

Why is it when people like this Laydek fellow, who have a great gig going, display the intellect of a box of hair when it comes to taking care of the IRS. He should be sentenced to another 10 years for blatant stupidity,

Please show me in the Constitution that the Federal, State and Local government cannot level taxes to pay for government services provided to you just like the internet you just wrote your option on.

So this guy gets 20 months and a woman in Lake Elmo gets 45 days for the same crime. What's the difference between the two?

Why is it that people with money believe they can do these sorts of things?

If he really doesn't want to go to prision and with the debt we have as a nation, why not see what he is willing to pay to stay out. It's stated he is worth in excess of 10M. Would he paid 10M, 9M, 8M to stay out? Prision won't change him from who he is and either way he is going to pay for the taxes. Why not taking what matters most to him. MONEY!!!
Must be to simple a solution!!!

I wonder who gets the pay-off that keeps that crappy festering blight of a strip club open in nice, clean, family friendly IGH?
Something stinks. Does anybody care? Probably not.
You get what you deserve, IGH.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Pisces

You have a one track mind today, dear Pisces, and it's running along very ambitious lines, absolutely determined to achieve something you've been attempting for ages. Can you be so committed that you're prepared to let everything else go by the wayside for the time being? That's great, but don't become obsessive about it.
