If a person drinks lots of soda and eats sugary cereal, they are usually fat; it's ignorance of nutrition and laziness, I don't single out the poor on foodstamps. I have a thing about fat people; although I would never say anything to a person, but am revolted to see a person who seems to be around 40-50 years old who is so fat that he/she has to use those motorized wagons to shop. Easy now Lily, you are hitting a little too close to homer.

Open Loop/Closed Loop, etc. A Geo-HVAC in Gnome, Alaska, Rocky Mountains, New Hampshire - the Granite State or in the Sonoma may be problematical. Louisiana? San Fransisco? I have three wells. One intake and two returns. They are about 37 feet deep. I can tell you the savings is well worth the cost. Drilling through rock may be a little more costly but not hard to do. Later!

We can't spend those billions here because the Kenyan Snake won't allow it. You are lying through your missing teeth, doody. Sitting on our butts? Where do you come up with these lies? From the thin air inside your head, probably. Carbon sequestering technology and Clean Coal is an ongoing business-government-subsidized effort. ITER has been in process for decades. Safer Nuclear is being explored further. Even CERN's LHC is a step in that direction. Solar Electricity Panel technology is ever-increasing in efficiency and decreasing in assembly cost. Use of Quantum Dots, is driving it all in a new direction. So is Carbon Nano. Doesn't sound to me like humanity is sitting on its butt. When the nice Policeman comes to talk in your classroom, don't listen to him talk about National Energy Policy. He's just a cop and not a scientist or capitalist. You really need to make up your mind. Are you for government subsidies of alternative fuels or are you going to bitch about them. As for geothermal, I brought it up in light of an alternative to heating oil. It does take longer for payback against natural gas - depending on the availability of the NG option. Keep in mind geothermal also provides dirt cheap A/C.

No not really, pretty much been saying the federal government is more of a problem than a solution and they need to get the hell out of the way. Now, neither party is will to do that, so it something of a moot point.

OH CRAP, now what....you can't even use the o'l reliable racist accusation now! I'm just "disenchanted" with what has become of my country under the charge of the "uniter", for any example of my disenchantment please refer to about any discussion on Topix or any news outlet of your choice. Nothing but hate and seperation coming from a party that I have been in agreement with all my voting age life. Obama cannot run on his record so this is alread a hateful ugly election season and it's only going to get worse from the democrats the more desperate they get and all of the ugliness will be a welcome stradegy by the president and likely most of it will include (as has already happened) our "suppose to be bipartisan DOJ! So trash on, it is the answer to you and your types that think it's either "agree with me or you are racist, un-American, a tea party member, or you hate women, children, and grandma". Obama is so worried about new votes he doen't even seem to realize the ever increasing number of those like myself that he has totally disenchanted from his party all together! That's ok, he'll hear from us in November!
