So ... what constitutes large amounts of power for a residential customer?

I can think of a better idea, if SCE is going to foist rate hikes: increase the rate to 27 1/2% for businesses and residents. Why do businesses get a lower rate prposal? Will they start WHINING if they are made to pay their fair share? It is interesting that Mayor Foster used to be CEO of SCE.

Oh yes ... and please get off your duffs in the South Bay and report on a story with some facts the next time.
