The "improvements" made 15 years ago south of Raritan Road couldn't handle the excess water from the last hurricane in 2011. This lead to flooded basements along the golf course.
Now what will improving West Brook leading up to Raritan Road do for those residents?
I sincerely hope this new "improvement" doesn't simply shift the risk from Hory Street, one of the scenes of disastrous flooding, further downstream.
